How to cancel a subscription on iPhone
Cancel any subscription billed through the App Store from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Steps
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to end.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
On a Mac
- Open the App Store and click your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click Account Settings and find Subscriptions.
- Click Manage, then Edit next to the subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
If the subscription isn't listed
- You may be signed in with a different Apple ID. Search your email for receipts from Apple to see which one was charged.
- The service may bill you directly instead of through Apple. Use that service's cancel page.
Good to know
- Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
- Access usually continues until the end of the billing period.
Common questions
Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
No. You have to cancel in your Apple subscriptions or the charges continue.
Where do I see what I'm paying for?
