How to cancel Peacock
Cancel Peacock from Plans & Payment in your account, unless a partner like Apple or a cable provider bills you.
Steps to cancel Peacock
On the website
- Sign in at peacocktv.com and open your profile menu, then Account.
- Open Plans & Payment.
- Select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to confirm.
If a partner bills you
- Cancel with the partner that bills you (for example Apple, Google Play, Roku, or your cable company).
Before you cancel
- Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Partner billing can only be cancelled through the partner.
- Check whether a bundle includes Peacock before cancelling.
What happens after you cancel
You'll keep Peacock until the paid period ends, then your account moves to the free tier if available.
