How to cancel Disney+
Cancel Disney+ from the Subscription section of your account. Bundles and partner billing need extra steps.
Steps to cancel Disney+
On the website
- Log in at disneyplus.com and open your profile menu.
- Select Account, then your Disney+ subscription under Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
If you pay through a partner or a bundle
- Check the Subscription section to see who bills you (for example Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or a carrier).
- Cancel with that company. For a bundle that includes Hulu or other services, review each service's billing separately.
Before you cancel
- Access normally continues until the end of the billing period.
- Cancelling one service in a bundle doesn't necessarily cancel the others.
- Plans billed by a third party can only be cancelled with that third party.
What happens after you cancel
You'll keep access until the paid period ends. You can resubscribe later with the same account.

How do I cancel Disney+ if I subscribed through my phone company?
Contact or sign in to that company's account page. Disney+ can't cancel carrier billing.
Does cancelling delete my profiles?
No. Your profiles are kept so you can resubscribe.
